Hi, I’m Kerryn Palmer – a Registered Nurse, Aged Care Consultant and Family Crisis Specialist, and someone who truly understands the emotional and practical challenges of supporting ageing loved ones.
With over 15 years experience in the aged care industry – both on the front lines and behind the scenes – I now work directly with families to guide, support, and simplify the aged care journey.
I am passionate about supporting families and older adults through complex decisions. My approach combines care, practical guidance, and advocacy to help families navigate crisis situations with confidence.
Why I Started My Own Consultancy
After more than a decade working within the aged care system, I witnessed too many families left feeling lost, overwhelmed, and unsupported during some of the hardest moments of their lives. I founded this consultancy to change that — to provide personalised, compassionate guidance.
